February News and events
Hello Coffee lover!
We are already 6 weeks into 2024, so I think it's a good idea to catch you up about our latest news. In January we were happy to host our first Board game evening on the 27th of the month, with players who shared their love of coffee and playing board games with their friends.
We also ran out of our Rwanda Nyamagabe that we introduced as our December limited Edition, thank you for many orders as that was by far the fastest selling limited edition we had in 2023!
But no worries, this month I was lucky enough to share a sampling of 2 great coffees with my colleagues of the Slovenian Specialty Coffee Association (zsks.si): one from Burundi (from the Baroido Estate) and one from Indonesia from the Ribang Gayo Musara cooperative. I am very excited to be able to offer the latter one later in the month of February. Check out our Instagram profile @rnbcaferoasters to get our announcements on new coffee arrivals.
For Valentine Day, we will have new vegan doughnuts from the Vegana bakery - filled with strawberry jam and vanilla cream, as well as from the Deveta Vas bakery. Check the pictures, they are really yummy! We are also introducing a new Valentine day strawberry cheesecake!
Later this month, on Wednesday the 21st of February we will hold a new Trivia Night which theme will be on "Music". If you like Trivias, these events are really fun and start at 7pm in our coffeeshop until 10pm. Usually people gather a team of minimum 3 to a maximum of 5 people, but do not worry, if you are alone and want to participate we can put you in a team where you will be able to make friends. Look out for our Instagram announcement so you can sign up.
And finally, we are happy to announce the launch of our blog on our website - but if you are reading this it means you already know! - , where we will share various topics such as the preparation of coffee at home, or what differences there are in coffee roasting types, etc. Let us know if there are any topics you would like us to write about! Check out our latest article on the 5 most common mistakes people make with a French press.
