Hi, I am Sebastien, French of Slovenian origin, and after 30 years in France, and 10 years spent abroad, be it in Detroit, London or Nashville, my family & I have decided to settle in Ljubljana and do what I love: discover new single origin coffees, new tastes and meals, in a relaxed, and slow way.

I guess now you know why the emblem of our café is a sloth: the best meals and drinks are those enjoyed slowly!

Our young Team of Baristas is keen to make you the best cup of specialty coffee or a great smoothie so you can start your day full of energy or just relax after a long day's work. They strive to experiment new recipes so you can taste some of best brews or lattes that Ljubljana has to offer.
